Col Marvin Russell (Ret.) 

Government Relations & Contracts

A more than  27-year veteran of the US Army with masters degrees in Strategic Logistics, Human Resource Management, and Logistics Management; Col. Russell (Ret) held positions with the US Army managing Aviation Retail, Intermediate & Depot Maintenance;  Supply Chain logistics, Acquisitions and Contracting; Depot-Forward Aviation and Ground Maintenance in Iraq and Afghanistan; and Aviation Maintenance for Europe and Southwest Asia.  He was Commander of the U.S. Army Aviation Maintenance and Logistics School in  Fort Eustis, VA, and a graduate of the US Army War College.  He is both an Army commercial helicopter pilot and noncommercial airplane pilot, with years of experience as an Army Maintenance Test Pilot.

General Manager and Chief Engineer

A graduate of the US Air Force Academny in Mechanical Engineering, Fighter Aircraft Maintenance, and Accident Investigation, Andy spent more 15 years with the USAF Maintenance Unit, Honeywell and DRC in aircraft and engine design, maintenance, and supply chain management.  He holds proprietary designs and patents in the commercial and noncommercial markets, and builds and flies noncommercial aircraft as a hobby.  Andy also has more than 10 years experience developing new companies in the US, Southeast Asia, and Canada through organic growth, leveraged acquisitions, and reverse takeover, which included driving new listing American and Toronto Stock exchanges.​
